These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of deepfunded.com, our prop trading challenge programs, and all related services. By creating an account, purchasing a challenge, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We provide one-step and two-step prop trading challenge accounts. All trading occurs in a simulated environment only using MetaTrader and MatchTrader platforms. The services are for educational and evaluation purposes. We do not offer real trading accounts or real market execution.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
We do not accept users from the following high-risk or sanctioned countries (this list may be updated at any time):
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and any other country subject to international sanctions, high AML risk, or active conflict zones.
We may block access using IP-based geolocation. We strongly discourage the use of VPNs or proxies. Inconsistent IP addresses or suspicious activity suggesting circumvention of restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
All payments are processed exclusively by our third-party provider XYZPAYMENTS LLC. We do not store or process payment details ourselves.
Challenge fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the purchase is completed. There are zero refunds, even if you do not start trading or fail the challenge.
By purchasing a challenge, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a simulated evaluation environment.
The following practices are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate challenge failure, account termination, and possible withholding of payouts:
Obvious fraud or serious breaches may also result in a permanent ban and withholding of all payouts.
Trading, even in a simulated environment, involves significant risk. You may lose all simulated capital allocated to your challenge account. Past performance in simulation does not indicate future results.
No Financial Advice: We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All decisions are your own. DeepFunded is not a broker and does not execute real trades on your behalf.
You acknowledge that you are using the services at your own risk and that you may lose money in the form of challenge fees with no recourse against us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFunded and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
We provide the services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We are not liable for platform downtime, technical issues, simulated trading losses, or decisions made by our risk engine.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, the Rules, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you are not entitled to any refund.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support, but no refunds will be issued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will receive an email notification of material changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account within 7 days of the email. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The current version is always available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
